Milltek Sport biedt een voortdurend groeiend en samenhangend programma van performance uitlaatsystemen, dat voortbouwt op het succes van merken zoals Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Mini en BMW. Milltek Sport heeft een goede reputatie bij tuningsbedrijven en staat hoog op het verlanglijstje van autobezitters.
Milltek Sport uitlaten worden gemaakt van een hoge kwaliteit RVS, namelijk type 304; dit type RVS wordt ook in de luchtvaartindustrie toegepast! Dit materiaal is antimagnetisch (RVS van andere fabrikanten hoeft dat niet te zijn) en is minder gevoelig voor verkleuring. Dit RVS materiaal wordt gebruikt voor alle pijpen en voor de gehele demperconstructie. Het buigen van het materiaal volgens het "Mandrel" principe zorgt voor vrije bochten voor een ongehinderde gas flow en Milltek systemen hebben een grotere boring voor een optimale prestatie zonder verlies in het midden-toerengebied.

Milltek Sport has a good reputation with Chip Performance and is high on the wish list of car owners.
Milltek Sport exhausts are made of a high quality stainless steel, type 304; this type of stainless steel is also used in the aviation industry! This material is antimagnetic (stainless steel from other manufacturers does not have to be) and is less susceptible to discoloration. This stainless steel material is used for all pipes and for the entire silencer construction. The outlets are bent in shape by means of the bending technique. With this, the inside diameter remains the same in bends and thus the flow is complete and the performance can be guaranteed without loss of torque.
Resonated (quieter) or Non-Resonated (louder)?
Milltek Sport markets its exhaust systems in two variants: the resonated variant and the non-resonated variant. The resonated variant has an extra room, called 'resonator', with an amount of air that dampens the engine noise. The resonated is therefore the quieter variant, compared to the non-resonated. The extra damping chamber in the resonated exhaust provides the same performance as the non-resonated exhaust.
