Milltek Sport is de fabrikant van topklasse uitlaatsystemen. Milltek produceert de uitlaatsystemen van Bentley en dat zegt genoeg. Hun filosofie is heel nuchter: werkelijke prestatie verbetering zonder geluidstoename. Wel een stoerder geluid, niet meer geluid. Milltek maakt hoogwaardige uitlaatsystemen voor verschillende auto's.
Milltek eigenschappen:
Gemaakt van hoge kwaliteit (type 304 luchtvaartkwaliteit) roestvrij staal. Dit materiaal verkleurt bijna niet en is niet-magnetisch. Alle delen van de uitlaat zijn van deze staalsoort gemaakt
Grotere diameter en zogenaamde 'Mandrel' bochten (constant oppervlak) voor betere doorstroming en minder tegendruk
Meer vermogen en betere respons op het gaspedaal
Sportiever geluid, niet meer geluid. Bij sommige systemen kan er gekozen worden om wel(stiller) of geen(luider) middendemper te monteren
Niet alleen leveren Milltek-uitlaatsystemen meer vermogen, ze kunnen ook meer vermogen aan dan andere systemen. De systemen zijn bedoeld om te kunnen worden gebruikt op auto's met meer dan 400pk en dat betekent dat de uitlaatsystemen niet snel kapot gaan.
De hi-flow katalysator van de complete systemen heeft significant minder stromingsweerstand dan een normale katalysator. De gebruikte katalysatoren zijn van het zogenaamde metaaltype.

Milltek Sport exhausts are made of a high quality stainless steel, type 304; this type of stainless steel is also used in the aviation industry! This material is antimagnetic (stainless steel from other manufacturers does not have to be) and is less susceptible to discoloration. This stainless steel material is used for all pipes and for the entire silencer construction. The outlets are bent in shape by means of the bending technique. With this, the inside diameter remains the same in bends and thus the flow is complete and the performance can be guaranteed without loss of torque.
Resonated (quieter) or Non-Resonated (louder)?
Milltek Sport markets its exhaust systems in two variants: the resonated variant and the non-resonated variant. The resonated variant has an extra room, called 'resonator', with an amount of air that dampens the engine noise. The resonated is therefore the quieter variant, compared to the non-resonated. The extra damping chamber in the resonated exhaust provides the same performance as the non-resonated exhaust.
