To achieve this, we use the pinnacle of damping technology: all-round monotube damping and even monotube upside-down dampers. As the only one so far on VW T6.1, T6, T5 - with TÜV certificate! A technology that has so far only been installed at the factory in the highest quality vehicles such as the Porsche 911 and Mercedes, with Bilstein as a supplier. And here it is again modified and produced exclusively by Bilstein according to our coordination, our dimensions and our technical wishes for maximum durability! Our 25 years of experience with Bilstein's Monotube shock absorbers at Porsche and Mercedes paired with our experience, which has been continuously developed for over ten years as a VW T5, T6, T6.1 suspension specialist and one of the main market leaders for VW T5, T6, T6.1 adjustable retrofit suspensions.

On the one hand, this chassis offers fully adjustable monotube racing technology for the best driving dynamics with maximum durability but at the same time it also offers a lot of comfort for a low chassis. However, with very heavy T5, T6 and T6.1 in the low settings you cannot expect the same comfort on bad roads as with the TWIN MONOTUBE PROJECT 16XL COMFORT! (But we're whining at a very high level here! If you value maximum comfort with lowering chassis more than greater depth, you're better off using the TWIN-MONOTUBE-PROJEKT-16XL-KOMFORT.) The most comfortable three of the ten levels that can be adjusted from the outside ( in clearly noticeable clicks on the labeled aluminum adjustment wheel) are in our opinion even excessively comfortable, but in order to offer something to every taste and idea of comfortable VW bus chassis, there is even this option. Chassis expert Markus Schramm from HS-Motorsport.de, who are also our installation partners in the Munich area and who set the front of his private Multivan to level 5 and the rear to level 4, sums it up: Quote "...so comfortable like the Twin Adjust Project Sensitive, but even more agile and even less body roll....feels more like a GTI than a bus when cornering!"

Since we are not yet satisfied with the "normal" B16 dampers from Bilstein, Bilstein has also made further modifications to the monotube upside-down shock absorber according to our wishes, especially for our specifications, in order to ensure maximum durability without any impairment in everyday use. This in combination with the Eibach Logo Premium High Tech springs, which have been tried and tested for many years and are manufactured exclusively for us, with our 10-year Eibach material guarantee on springs according to the guarantee conditions * and our decades of experience in the further development and constant optimization of VW bus chassis a complete chassis package that is second to none.
